This mirror was exactly what we were looking for. However, as we did not buy it to attach to a dresser but rather to hang it over a dresser, we had to drill holes on the sides and put on a wire like you use on picture frames. If you buy it with the dresser in the picture I think it comes with the hardware to attach it. Ours did not have the hardware as we already had a dresser
