Came completely smashed into pieces. I called customer service and ask for them to pick it up after she heard the broken pieces through the phone. She said she would send a return label and pick up at our home this Friday the 24th of October. She stated a replacement has been sent. Turns out she was telling me a lie. I received a completely different email asking for photo’s. I was so angry. Why would you lie and ask for a broken vase to be picked up if it wasn’t broken. So I opened the box when my husband told me those chards with come out of the cracks if you touch the inner box full of glass. I opened it and he was correct. Glass went everywhere. I took it to our front door and out to the trash. I was fuming. A glass trail of small chards were everywhere in our hide rugs and wood flooring. I’m furious with Wayfair and the lies. No replacement has been issued at all. Just more lies. My husband was here and heard the entire call and the women kept saying don’t worry I will take care of this issue and you don’t have to do anything except put the unopened box outside your front door. I wish that were true. I also wish this vase was packed better. It was laughable. The plastic bubble wrap had no air in the packaging and the box inside from Abigails just had a vase inside a box with one piece of paper around it. Who does that?
