Very pretty tulip vase however, it arrived damaged.

I really wanted to like it, but it is unusable with most of the tubes to put the tulips through are closed from poor workmanship. I had a replacement sent and it also was totally unusable

Pretty vase but holes on vases around the edge have a pin hole for the stems. I can’t trim the stem that thin. Very disappointing. Customer service was very disappointing as well. Updated January 11, I received a replacement vase. What a difference! You can actually fit the tulip stem in all of the holes now. Still not happy with the customer service person I dealt with but am happy with the replacement vase.
