    The frame seems pretty solid, however it does have a few issues. First, one of the two I ordered arrived damaged - but it was replaced. Second, the pictures on the listing don't make it clear that the photo mat is not included - it is odd to call it an 11x14 frame when it is really 16x20 since there is not mat - just call it a 16x20 and if people want the float look they will order that on purpose. I didn't need the mat for what I was using it for so it was ok for me but I still found it odd. It is also a much lighter color in person.
