I am disappointed because I was sent the wrong clock. I am keeping it even though it is ugly. I dont send expensive items back because in the past, I never received a refund or a new product from other companies.

This is a beautiful clock which makes a handsome addition to the house. The movement is electronic and all you need is a battery. Animation and songs are very nice. You can turn the sound off completely or just hear the bird chirp. Packed nicely and arrived in perfect condition.
