The frame is separating from the plastic. The corners are not glued together. Terrible quality.

I was incredibly disappointed with stability of this frame and the lack of customer support. I spent more than an hour back and forth texting several times describing the issue, have several inconsistent offers for refunds ranging from 25-30% to full refund with no need to return the item, only to take each of those offers taken off the table— despite my telling them I could not return the item since I had already heavily taped the frame to make it sturdy and my print was already mounted to the mat. I certainly was not going to risk ruining my print for such a poorly designed frame and the horrific customer service. New Year’s resolution… never again Wayfair

Love this large frame ordered 28x40 for an amazing photo wall. Printed personal pics at Walgreens to put in them to surprise our family. Can’t wait to get them hung. Ordered 2 more
