Jeté en coton Madissonm

This throw is 50% wool and 50% acrylic. There was a definite unpleasant odor when I opened the plastic zipper bag it arrived in, strong enough that I knew I wanted to wash it before using it. There were no washing instructions on the throw or in the packaging, so I looked it up online. The instructions I found said it could be machine washed in cold water on delicate and air dried, which is what I did. It didn’t wash well, it “felted” and lots of loose threads appeared. One end of the throw had even come loose and was beginning to unravel. Would not recommend if you plan to wash it!
