The metal had white spots all over it that had to be scrubbed off. There was a dent on the metal fence. Was very dissatisfied

Poor quality!!! I expected it was all black metal like the pic on line, but instead the whole thing is spotted with white dots of I’m trying to clean it but does not look like that will be successful.
