The piece was much larger than anticipated. I filled with a round pillow and makes a lovely footstool. Perfect. The wood has great color and character.

Would give 4.5 stars if I could. It is a very attractive primitive looking piece. Warm rustic colors. Very versatile in use, great for potted plants, huge fruit bowl, photo prop, or a displaycenter piece.

For my gorgeous brand new counter-height dining room table! It is the centerpiece, and I put in a variety of small to medium size house plants in it (terrarium effect) but still in their individual pots and liners for protection. It looks GRAND on my huge table!! Love, love, love, this basin. Wish I could send a photo of the different plants spilling out over it! Everyone loves my idea. Buy this piece!
