So I got this weighted blanket and I'm not really crazy about. It is quilted and each pocket contains little steel balls like BBs. The fabric is thin. I think if you put in a duvet it might be better. I gave to my son and he is happy with it.

I honestly think this works! I wasn't necessarily skeptical to begin with as I work in special education & have seen the impact weighted items have, but I was impressed by how much it has done for me. Between Covid & personal happenings, my sleep went off the rails. Night one with this blanket & I'm getting a quality night's sleep again. Definitely worth trying for anyone struggling!

The box arrived in a few days and well packed. Inside was a 12 pound weight blanket measuring 48” x 72”. (twin size). There are several benefits to using a weighed blanket but it always good to check with your doctor if you have any questions. I choose a dark gray color so I could use any color I wanted. It has approximately 6” quilted-square look. It would make a great addition to any room or a great gift.

I have gotten a great weighted blanket prior from Wayfair and absolutely loved it. My husband took it over actually. I so wanted to love this one. But you can feel the beads inside of it on you. It’s not awful but it’s not my favorite.

Love it, fast shipping, exactly as stated on line, I sleep with it every night, I have noticed improvement in sleep with it. Its cozy and comfortable, looking into buying more now ! Definitely a great product!
