This is a beautiful pillow BUT I ordered it three times and never got the correct size. I ordered the 16x16 and the size I received was barely a 13x13. THREE TIMES THEY GOT IT WRONG. I had to order the 20x20 and the pillow I got was a 17x17. No one at this company knows how to use a ruler apparently. So beware you will not get the correct size, not even close!
