I am unable to get one chair level. I have hardwood flooring so I know it is the chair. I loosen the rollers and I tried to shim the chrome on the underside of the chair and nothing works. I even had a furniture man trying to adjust the rollers and chair bottom, nothing works, I need you to send another chair and I will send this one back. Pros: The chair is a good value, fabric is good. Great product, easy to assemble.
