My minute hand was broken when I took it out the box

Its broken. The minute hand is not attached properly. It swings freely. I tried to report it but was unable to get through to anyone. I tried to send a message on their website, but it requires a photo, which I kept getting an error message when I attempted to upload a pic. It wont continue through without a pic. Sigh...

Arrived broken. Trying for a week to resolve with Wayfair. All I get is chat help that starts the no responses from the chat. Terrible. Terrible customer service to address an item received broken.
