One year I ordered 6 of these panels as Christmas gifts for my 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and myself. The panel displays has a small flock birds in different sizes and colors bunched together on a branch. I asked my sibs to hang the birds in a kitchen window to remind them of our family. The two center birds represent our parents and one of the smaller birds represents our youngest sister; these are the members of our family who have passed away. If you count the birds you will find there are 10. I couldn't get a a branch that held only 9 birds, so I told the everyone that the 10th bird represented our dog Heidi.
