Product is as described. But customer service is horrible. An additional product *silhouette II) was supposed to come with this. It did not even though it said it was. Went through texting customer service. Horrible service. I then called. First person was useless. After talking to a supervisor , I was told I would have it 2.14. After hanging up it now says 221 even though I was assured it would be 214.Horrible lie It was obvious that once I hung up the date was changed even though the supervisor said she wouldnt change it. I still have no tracking number . It was obvious that the people in the call center were not in the USA. Since Wayfair is a US company, customers should be able to talk to competent people in the USA. I have no confidence that the missing item will ever be shipped to me.
