I ordered this twice and both times, they were damaged. However, customer service was wonderful, but the product is kind of junky.

I love the picture but the wood frame is bowed so it does not lie flat next to wall the bit comes out about 1 inch or so. But didn’t want the hassle of returning it. But beware of cheap wood curling.
