Cottage par The Bay II

I recently received my canvas art, and unfortunately, it has a noticeable crease on the front of the canvas. The package arrived in good condition. It was shipped in a sturdy box and wrapped securely with bubble wrap, so I do not believe the damage occurred during shipping. It appears the crease may have happened when the canvas was stretched and applied to the frame. I'm disappointed because the artwork is otherwise beautiful. Could you please advise on how we can resolve this? I would appreciate a replacement or another appropriate solution. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
