Good value for what you're getting. They don't use glass, and there's a slight "waffling" of the picture behind the clear plastic due to the print not up against it tightly. They're great from a longer distance...fill the space up just right...a good value for the $$$. We went ahead & had had GLASS inserted & changed the mat out that has a black back & with the bevel, it sets the prints off real nicely.
