I love love love my weighted blanket! I have insomnia really bad and Im lucky if I get 3 hours of sleep. Anxiety is another area of my life and my weighted blanket has given me back the feeling of compfort and I have been sleeping through the night! I have never heard of a weighted blanket before and a very good friend of mine suggested I purchased one! Best investment ever!!!

It's ok, personally, woke up with back pain when in use in bed, just use now as cover on sofa, but not good for use in bed
