I received the wrong item and it was sent to the wrong building. An online service agent said they can give me a printed return label sent to my home and when I had to call in to get this arranged, the call-center agent told me I need to go to FedEx to get my label shipped.

These boxes are pretty nice. The size is bigger than expected but should be fine for what I was planning on using them for. They look very nice and seem to be very well made. I would recommend to anyone.
