Good quality, sturdy and for a great price. I went ahead and bought two more

Nice but for outdoors needed solar so had to return

Really great floor lanterns, sitting on my my back deck staircase. The glass is substantial and I love the fact that I can place a real candle inside for parties.

I purchased the Avens 17.75” lantern from Birch Lane and overall it delivers exactly what you would expect from a modern decorative piece. The design is clean and elevated. The black metal frame gives it a structured, architectural look that works well in both indoor and outdoor settings. It leans more high-end than the price point suggests, which is a win. Size is right in that versatile range. It is substantial enough to stand on its own as a statement piece but not oversized to the point where it becomes limiting. I’ve found it works well on a console, patio table, or even styled on the floor in a corner. Build quality is solid but not premium. The frame feels sturdy enough for normal use, though it is still a decorative item, not something built for heavy wear. The glass panels are clean and simple, but you will want to handle with care to avoid fingerprints and smudging. Where it really performs is styling flexibility. You can dress it up with a pillar candle, seasonal fillers, or keep it minimal. It adapts easily without looking overdone. Overall, it is a strong decorative piece that elevates a space without trying too hard. Good value, clean aesthetic, and easy to style.

Usually my for outside decor, but would be beautiful on a table or tray for indoor use. Good quality, happy with purchase.
