I purchased the Avens 17.75” lantern from Birch Lane and overall it delivers exactly what you would expect from a modern decorative piece. The design is clean and elevated. Size is right in that versatile range. It is substantial enough to stand on its own as a statement piece but not oversized to the point where it becomes limiting. The frame feels sturdy enough for normal use, though it is still a decorative item, not something built for heavy wear.
