First of all, we did not receive the Black Forest Cuckoo clock that we ordered because it is no longer available and we were not notified of that change before delivery. The pictured clock in the review is what we ordered and it still appears online. We could not find the clock anywhere on the Wayfair site that we received. I notified customer service as soon as I received our delivery and Alex was most helpful. It took a few days for Customer Service/Wayfair.Com Team to get updated information from the warehouse. The one shipped DID really make my granddaughter extremely happy (shouts of glee with jumping for joy), until it did not work. When assembled, the pendulum (no item or part number available) appears to be bent at the top and perhaps weighted poorly. It stops moving in approximately 2 minutes. We were happy that this model does have a light sensor and volume/on-off control option, which the one we ordered may not have had. The cuckoo and music do work and we loved the sounds and tunes offered. It just does not keep time, even after trying to follow the "minimal" directions included. I have requested a Return/Exchange and have already received an email that the process has begun. I am disappointed that the original clock that I ordered and now is not available, but it is still pictured on the Wayfair site. Perhaps you should update your selection of Cuckoo Clocks available. I will update my review, hopefully from a TWO STAR rating to higher, after receipt of replacement clock.

Everything is working out great with it. The quality is what I expected. It looks great.
