Wayfair is great!! Good customer service and very knowledgeable and professional staff. This particular product just did not live up to Wayfair standards. I tried three times to make this clock work and it just never did!!

I have always wanted a cuckoo clock and I'm not disappointed in the workmanship

The corner was broken in the box. it is very difficult to get the clock to maintain correct time. I am constantly adjusting the pendulum height to find the sweet spot. I have not yet found it. The clock has been on the wall for about 3 weeks.

I bought this for a son and he and his wife love it
