I love this vase so much! The color and size were exactly what I was looking for.

The vase arrived broken and in pieces. As I carefully opened the box shards of glass tumbled out cutting my finger. Absolutely zero bubble-wrapping around this item! I tried to get a refund and was met with resistance from Marta, online chat associate from Wayfair. I had to call in and was terribly vexed. Thankfully I got an associate by the name of Ebony who de-escalated my frustration and forwarded my refund request to be processed. I was ready to never shop here again!
