Cute, Looks nice, overly stuffed.

I ordered 17X17 inch pillows set of 4 and received 14X14 inch pillows set of 4 48 hours after placing the order. I contacted customer service less than 30 minutes after the delivery was received to inform them of the incorrect items delivered. I was required to send a pic of the item with a tape measure showing the incorrect size. The customer service agent told me to donate or keep the wrong order and a correct size order would be expedited. I received an email minutes later requiring me to print return labels and take the repacked box to a shipping location to be returned. I immediately called again and informed them that this is their mistake and problem and if they wish to have labels printed and items reboxed to be returned they can send an associate to pick up the incorrectly shipped items and repack and take with shipping labels they print to a shipping location on their time. This was not my mistake or my problem and I especially do not appreciate the confusion with this order. I will not be placing any future orders after this massively incompetence fiasco with multiple contradictions from several associates of the companies employees. Get on the same page! I now have to wait 5 days to receive the correct order, what a bunch of imbeciles. I still don’t understand how you can ship an order to be received in 2 days at regular time when you make a mistake and are under the impression than expedited shipping is 5 days. Where did you all learn basic math? Very disappointed, Joel Updates, still waiting on the order that was supposed to be delivered July 8 and today is July 11.

These pillows are wonderful. They are fluffy and do not feel cheap.

Beautiful outdoor pillow, just what my set needed to pick it up a little.

These are very nice. Stuffing is just right and not too much fuzz coming through the weave of the fabric.
