These mirrors were used to replace the builders mirrors. We bought 5 of them They were delivered in scattered days and the last one that was delivered was cracked and they immediately sent another which was also cracked but the third time was perfect! They also did want the cracked mirrors returned so we did which we thought was a waste of our time and their resources but we did! They really elevated the look to our bathrooms My husband hung them all himself Would recommend!

Buyer be aware!! Although Wayfair has been wonderful regarding their customer service, this manufacturer does not prepare their fragile mirrors for safe delivery from China to the buyer. I ordered one and it arrived shattered. The replacement also arrived shattered. The 3rd time I chose a different model. I have not received it yet, but Im hopeful that it will arrive intact after reading the reviews. In theory, a bluetooth mirror would be enjoyable in the bathroom, but it is disheartening to see that this manufacturer is neglectful feels it is sufficient to place 2 thin sheets of Styrofoam on each side of their mirror with a thin piece of wood running the length of the mirror on top. No more rolling the dice with this manufacturer for me.

I ordered this item twice and both times it was shattered in a million pieces. I’m tired of Wayfair not taking the care to handle these fragile items carefully. I’m trying to get a full refund, but that’s not being offered. I will have to call.

Absolutely love this mirror! It looks great and I have the luxury of listening to my music or audio books while getting ready. Highly recommend this item as I put 2 in my house, I love them so much!

Awesome and easy to install my daugher loves it so much I really want other one looks beautiful and elegant
