Poor craftsmanship, the sewing is puckered and the corners aren't corners at all. The material is thin, you can read the tag of the pillow insert through the pillowcase. The pillow form is lumpy, it just cheap cotton batting inside like the kind you get on an airplane. It's a darn shame because man is that saying adorable! I wish it looked better! Also, it's not white, and it's not gray. It's something weird in-between and slightly variegated with maybe even a little hint of blue and lavender if you're looking very closely, but don't put it on a white sofa like I did and expect it to match.
