Beautiful and elegant.

2 stars only because I couldn't leave 1 without having to provide photos which I didn't bother to take (see their attached policy). I ordered this as a set but it came in 3 separate boxes. When I initially opened them up the packaging was good and the edges were covered with foam corners (expect missing 2 on one). That's where the "goodness" ended. I took each out of their individual boxes and set them in the bathroom thinking they were ready to hang. I took the first packing off and it looked as I expected. Then I removed the corners and bubble wrap off the other 2 and noticed the background color was a yellow cream color. The other was white which is what they should have all been. I also noticed that the the other two had a film covering over them. I tried to peel it off the first one only to find that I had to remove the entire backing which included unscrewing all 10 screws as well as the metal tabs holding in the backing. I peeled off the film and realized that it was nearly impossible to put back on. The tabs wouldn't stay flat. AT this point I had already spent an hour. Clearly, this is not what I expected from a set this pricey. I did the best I could to repackage them in their boxes to return them. Then comes the horrible customer service experience. They wanted to charge me $33 to return them. I called their CS line and spoke with Vicky and she said they would send me an email on how to return without paying the shipping since it was their problem. By the next day I hadn't received the email so I called and spoke with Monique. I told her about what Vicky had said and she said there was no record that I had called. She was nasty and said what do you want me to do about it....really? Anyhow I am going to eat the shipping cost because it's has already cost me way too much time. I have a 3200 sq ft home and am doing a full renovation with new furniture and home accessories/decor. I found many items (some very expensive) I would have purchased but fortunately I ordered this first so it's not an expensive lesson learned. As Julia Roberts said so beautifully...."mistake, big mistake, HUGE! Buyer beware if you should have to return something.
