Overall ok, but some inaccuracy some of which seems to be politically motivated. Should Taiwan be labeled as part of China? Is there a country called Palestine? Apolitically, Cambodia is strangely spelled with a K and I've never seen that before. We've only owned this a few hours so I can't speak to durability, aside from the inaccuracies its readable and seems fine for a kid who likes to see where things are on the globe. I'm reviewing immediately in case others don't want to spend $50 on a globe that isn't totally accurate, not sure if I'll find some other inaccuracies over time. I know many of us are really looking for accurate educational materials which are increasingly hard to find as people with certain political aspirations insert their fantasy vision of the globe/maps all over the place, and its strangely hard to find proofread materials even in a $50 globe. Unless Kambodia with a K is also some political aspiration I have yet to hear about. The globe is pretty large, bigger than a basketball. I like that it tilts out so kids can see the poles in relation to the other continents, and also envision the possibility of travel around the world via North-South instead of only thinking about East-West, the proximity of Russian/N. Europe to Canada/Greenland via the northern routes.

This globe is exactly what you'd want or expect from a globe. It spins well but it does squeak, I'd say that is probably my greatest criticism of this globe. My toddler loves it and I'm excited to see him learn about the world from the globe as he grows.

Pretty decent globe. It squeaks a lot while turning, and while it turns vertically and horizontally, it sticks when turning horizontally. Otherwise it’s good. Very vibrant and the words are easy to read on the globe as well.

Love that this globe rotates all the way around so that you can easily view and explore the entire world. The movement is stiffer when rotating it around so that you can view something without it moving. It squeaked quite a bit out of the box but a little oil and it was good to go. My students will LOVE exploring the world!
