Delivery was good and the photo arrived undamaged. It was not put together properly (some gaps between the front inside edge of the frame and the actual photo) so I had to deconstruct it a bit and put it back together which took a while. However, it seems fine now, I was just a bit irritated it was put together so carelessly.
