Bougie votive non parfumée (Ensemble de 3)

I ordered red candles in Oct. and got the first ones they sent me white candles . So I wrote again and some lady called me and said she was so sory. She was sending the right ones out. well another week I got the package. I opened it it was not red candles. they were white. I wrote them back for the 3rd time. they were going to research them and see whats going on & said they are sending the right ones this time they will be red. Well another week goes by and I get the package & guess what, white candles I talked to another guy and he was going to investigate this problem. his name was Kendall R. he gave me his personal telephone number but now he never answers. the # is 1-857-306-4032 please help me please.
