Ladoga Solid Wood Decorative Box

Absolutely gorgeous set of hand carved boxes. I would give it Five Stars but my only issue is the larger box got pretty banged up during shipping and the frame separated a little bit which prevents the box too from closing correctly. I can fix it myself but it would have been nice to get perfect items. Either way, I would definitely recommend for a beautiful piece of decor to brighten up your home.

Very pretty set that holds way more than I’d imagined. 4 stars because the lid to the smaller box doesn’t sit perfectly on the base. There was also a fair amount of gray “clay” in the grooves of the design.(I assume is was a blocking medium to prevent white paint from getting in the design) I picked it out fairly easy but it took awhile. Lastly, (this is a Wayfair issue, not a product issue) it was wrapped in brown paper and then packed tightly in a cardboard shipping box. The delivery man left it on my porch, where it had rained earlier, and even though I picked it up within a minute of delivery, the box got wet and one corner is discolored.

I did like these a lot. My only complaint is the bottom of the box is manufactured wood and not real wood like the rest of the box.

Very nice. They look as pictured and are good quality wooden boxes.
