Housse de coussin carrée décorative faite à la main et insert

I reviewed this pillow on 5/27/23. Apparently that wasn't good enough for them and I'm being asked to review it again. I'm removing an additional star for being required to do this a second time. Here is my initial review: I really wanted to love this pillow. It's a great size, and a wonderful texture. However, my experience with this pillow was soured by the letter sent to me by the seller that basically chastised me like a child for not reviewing their product in what they considered to be an acceptable amount of time.

It was packed very well. The Cover and Insert were in separate bags, and I wasn't impressed with the insert until I let it sit for a couple of hours. When I came back to it, I was COMPLETELY impressed! It expanded to an incredible size and I seriously had trouble getting it in the cover. The cover is very pretty and made very well. You can hardly see the zipper.
