Very disappointed with this order!! It says "Makes a great gift for any current college graduates and alumni". I checked with the online customer service rep, and he was telling me once I submit the order, they will contact me asking my college name. I ordered, and waited for about 20 days. No one reached out to me asking such question. Surprisingly, a package showed up with a wrong frame inside (my order status still showing waiting to be shipped). I contacted customer service rep, and he gave me a replacement for me order. Okay, fine, then I waited for another 20 days. Again, no one contacted me. It ended up with the wrong college name. It's been almost 3-month, and I still cannot get the correct Diploma Frame with correct college name. This is ridiculous!! If they told me in the beginning that I can't customize the college name, I won't order this. This is not cheap!
