We like it. Chimes a lot. 3 chimes on quarter hr, 6 on half hour, 9 on 3/4 hr, and 12 on hr seems more appropriate.

Got clock and did not come with directions, thou clock came all together .. I ask 3 questions and still got no answer?? How do you add just thr volumn and clock losses 2 minutes a day !! How to add just that !! Clock is pretty but no a much of custmer service !! Will not buy again mostly clock chimes are so low

Looks sounds like a vintage clock but without problems of an old one.

After receiving it, the clock worked well for the 6 days, then 3 days, now it stops about every 2 hours, sometimes after 5 or ten minutes. It is a beautiful $400 paperweight. The clock may not be working, but just finished e-mailing with customer service and they are fantastic. Return and replacement item with no stress and very user friendly. Hopefully the replacement will be better, but if it isn't, the service is still great.
