Not happy!!! I ordered 2 double window rods. What I've got : one rod W 84' is missing and a wrong sku for the rod W 120'. I called customer service. Not sure when I will get the missing part and have no idea about the right sku. Please contact me for clarification.

Simple design, great look. Instructions should be included.

Had to return the two sets of 120" wide rods as they arrived not properly packaged (with many pieces) making it difficult to work out what was missing as they would not extend beyond 84" wide. Appeared that the rods had previously been returned. Had hired a handyman to help put them up, and had to pay him even though the job could not be completed. Only reason for 3 stars is returning/replacing the rods was easy and I'm happy with the rods once the problem was resolved.

Beautiful! Great value for double rods, the quality exceeded expectations.
