This window pane is absolutely stunning. Much less expensive than stained glass, but the look is the same. The piece was secure in the careful packaging. Will hang it soon. Thank you!

I am very pleased with these stained "glass" planels, they are lovely.... Let me start by saying that they are actually a plexi type glass which I think is great because if they were real glass they would be several thousand dollars ...this way it's affordable... it's gorgeous... and you can't even tell that it's not real glass. I think these are absolutely awesome ....the price point is just right. When they arrived they were boxed impeccably well. One of the panels that I received, had a bit of damage to it one of the pieces of glass was cracked....the piping that fuses all the glass pieces together was really rough... looks really bad was not done well and the lower right of the panel.... there are two triangles pointing upward that should be blue and on both panels all those pieces were Blue... except for two on the bottom right side which were a bright green which when the two panels are used together.... just didn't look right. I called Wayfair with my concerns..... I told them about the damage and how one panel just did not look as nice as the other and Wayfair took care of my concerns. I'm most impressed with Wayfairs customer service.....they stand behind their products 100% that means a lot to me... They're sending me a new panel to replace the damaged panel free of charge. Update: I received my stained glass replacement panel today.... The replacement panel had an inch crack in it so again I called Wayfair and they immediately ordered me another replacement and gave me a discount on my original bill. This will be the second replacement. I am AMAZED at the level of customer service.... Wayfairs customer service is impeccably great! Wayfair is the only store I shop for decor, appliances, bedding etc. Update: replacement#2 was cracked...this is replacement #3.... SUCCESS!!!... BEAUTIFUL, NO CRACKS .. SIMPLY PERFECT!! THANK YOU WAYFAIR!
