I don’t understand why the listing is for a pillow when all that comes is a pillow cover. With no pillow insert. Contacted customer service the first time I got it and they assured me that the pillow would be sent. Then sent me the pillow cover again. Either somebody doesn’t know what they’re doing or the description is completely wrong. So ridiculously frustrating.
