Candles are fine but the fake wicks look pretty bad

Unless I’m missing something , the wick does not flicker as advertised / the enclosed directions say to press “candle” to get flickering , but that must be on the remote which for some reason was not included . On the directions, it said the remote had to be purchased separately . My very first complaint about Wayfair ( and I’ve purchased a lot from you ) , is that instead of just accepting my online return instructions, that they didn’t help solve the misrepresentation that these candles could be flickering. For the very first time , am very disappointed with Wayfair! Suggest a solution to

Color is accurate as shown on website. Works well with the remote and enjoy the ease of them coming on and off same time every day. Would recommend them, am very happy with my purchase of these flameless candles!
