Beautiful, but the picture sticks out from the wall

I had wanted the painting unframed but because that was not an option I opted for one that was on a framed canvas. I couldn’t wait to get it, but was highly disappointed when It finally arrived. The painting was beautiful, but the frame was surprisingly light, and flimsy, and because it had cracks at the corners where the staples were, it was scratched, disjointed, and lopsided. But I still opted to keep it and purchase a new frame for it, rather than go through the hassle of returning it. So I pried and discarded the frames. Its been 2-weeks since I responded to a Wayfair survey and I am still waiting for a customer service contact as suggested in the survey.
