Arrived broken making it unusable. It is obvious that it was shipped with a broken light and supporting ring as the globe itself was fine as was the packaging.

Very disappointed with this customer experience. We have received the base which is very nice but it never came with the globe. Why, who knows. We assume it has been lost. We have not been informed as to where it is and when we will expect delivery.
