How can I return it doesn't fit where I need it and cannot be wired as it said

Love, love, love this mirror. We renovated our master bathroom and now I can't do without it!

Mirror does not flip easily. I realize some tension is needed to hold it in place but this is so tight/stiff you risk pulling loose from the wall anchors if you don't hold the wall mount when trying to adjust the mirror. I might try a little wd40. The size is great! It's bigger than I expected and what you normally see in hotel bathrooms. Everything else seems to be good quality. Nice adjustable/dimmable light. I needed a plug in type, not hard wired. So I was happy to find this.
