Bought for kids but cats love them

Second time I ordered it! First ones the dog peed on and couldn’t get the stain out no matter what I tried (

I have purchased many Bungalow Rose items from Wayfair and have never been disappointed with quality or craftsmanship. I purchased the Silkeborg round floor pillow with a large number of other items last spring for a gazebo overhaul. I figured that if we were going into another wave of pandemic lockdowns in Canada, then I would transform our backyard into a beautiful oasis. The pillow I received was not what was advertised. It was square, not round, and lopsided with a round pattern and black lines printed in it. I immediately contacted Wayfair who asked me to email photos of it. They got back to me right away and told me it was 100 a manufacturers defect and must have somehow been a problem with the machines that cut the fabric and “build” the pillows. Within 2 weeks I received another pillow, this one exactly as advertised. Round, well made, thick and the perfect balance of firm soft that you need from a floor pillow. So now we have a pile of beautiful floor pillows in our gazebo and our cats have claimed the “oddball” pillow and love sleeping on it. Thanks once again for the excellent customer service, Wayfair and thanks to Bungalow Rose for the beautiful home furnishings and accents! one
