I’m extremely dissatisfied! First off the package was half opened when it arrived. The clock face was full of dust. Then we noticed a sticky residue on the side that had to try to remove with dish soap. It still partially there. We were afraid to use goo gone in fear of stripping any of the image. There was also two streaks of some epoxy or something like it coming straight down from the XII mark that can’t be removed! Is it wrong to expect when you buy something new… that it comes new?? Ridiculous that you passed this item off to a customer in hopes they wouldn’t comment on it. We bought it to help design our home for thanksgiving along with a fireplace so I’m not returning it… but hoping your next customer won’t be quiet about it either… very disappointing!
