This looked so beautiful on my wall hanging about 14 feet above the ground. Then suddenly today it fell down hitting our very expensive TV and a number of decorations, finally landing on the fireplace mantle. When we picked it up we discovered that the square frame on the back was just stuck on with double face tape, which had come off. This was an expensive piece that I thought would have been made better. Now I am out the cost of this item as I cannot rehang it in it’s current condition. Is there any way to make this right
