I loved this clock, but when it arrived it did not work. Because I could not submit photos of it due to my age and inability, the faulty purchase was not resolved and, apparently, Wayfair was not even willing to tell me how to return it for a refund. I have spent a good deal with Wayfair during the past several months, but this will put an end to my purchases with them.
