Figurine empereur dragon doré

This is a Major Dragon. Unmistakable goth but Chinese in heritage. It makes a large statement in a room and it’s very gilded and gold.

The fine detail weight & size would have anyone believe it cost far beyond What I payed.

Looks great and certain was a good price. I had look for other Dragons like this but this was the best buy and the best looking one.

I was looking for a decorative dragon that would be displayed on a new see through shelf where it would be seen from both sides. Unfortunately this piece just didn’t meet my expectations in quality or in price. The black base looks hand painted, and not in a neat way. The mold has lumps and flaws. I’m planning to put it in my master bedroom where it won’t be seen by company. Unfortunately it’s not the quality I thought it was going to be - but this is only my opinion. I’m not going to throw it out, but it just doesn’t hold up next to my other quality pieces. Still looking for a gold dragon….
