The pictures dont do justice to this beautiful piece. Looks great on the self all by itself. Holds my large study Bible and small books equally well. A true statement piece thats equally functional.

Works great holding a book, but just plain beautiful sitting by itself on a shelf or counter!

A little thing, in the grand scheme of redecorating an entire house, but my husband was thrilled with it. The bookend is of surprisingly good quality and appearance and looks considerably more expensive than it was. Well constructed and sturdy. If the new bookcaseshelving unit ever gets here, it will look quite well there. Until then it has a place of honor in my husband’s new home office. He may never give it up.

I love this cookbook holder! It looks vintage and I love the colors. It appears to be sturdy, but we'll see! I only wish it was a little taller for larger books.
