The lumbar pillow is perfect. The colors are bright and they look beautiful in our Adirondack chairs

Sadly I'm stunned by Wayfair's policy changes. Be aware -- 2 of these pillows cost $92. Within 24 hours of purchase they went on sale; Wayfair refused to honor a credit. The pillows arrived and are 4" deep; not 1.5 as described. A manager was helping me when I questioned the sale price but did not follow up when I wanted to return without shipping cost; as he suggested he would help me if they did not work. I called and got a supervisor who told me a difference in description does not warrant free return shipping; she said that was a slight difference! I also shared that the flower color is more orange than pink and doesn't match my stunning, feminine Wayfair Southard pink/black and green floral 8x10 rug. That too didn't matter either. I've been a regular customer especially this year to renovate and redecorate my newly purchased home. My former Wayfair experiences were outstanding; I always felt like a valued customer, as has my daughter who has purchased furniture and more from them. Whatever has changed is most unfortunate and I am rethinking any relationship with Wayfair at this point. Be certain that description does not matter to you. Lastly, thank you, Wayfair, for past positive experiences under a policy that valued loyal and reasonable customers. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy and make my home beautiful. I will miss you, Wayfair.
