I love the fabric design and feel of this pillow but the fabric quality is well below expectations. The first one we received had a very weird grid imprint in the velvet that could not be brushed out. It was extremely noticeable and I couldn't believe that it was sent out without better quality control. Upon request for a replacement cover, a complete new replacement pillow was sent. Again, the fabric has some pretty noticeable imperfections but definitely not as bad as the first. We decided to keep the replacement (mostly because I am tired of dealing with returns), and have just sent back the first damaged pillow per the instructions. In the future, I will definitely hesitate to order another DV KAP pillow, especially anything velvet.
